Your select web-page, standard web-page or link will go 'on-line' on the first morning of your first
standing order payment date.
Standing order payments are by calendar month (select web-page) or by calendar quarter
(standard web-page or link) in advance, (discounted links half yearly) either the 1st - 8th - 15th or
22nd of the month.
Your first standing order payment should be dated to begin at least one week after you submit
your standing order mandate to us to be processed, e.g.. if you submit your mandate to us on
the 1st of the month then your first date of payment should show the 8th of the month, if you submit
your mandate for instance on the 3rd of the month then your first date of payment should show
the 15th of the month.
When submitting text or any other material for inclusion in your web-page you will at all times
respect copyright law and intellectual property law, ensuring that any work you submit is entirely
your own and does not defame, slander, libel or infringe trademark or copyright law in any way.
Hypnotherapists U.K. reserves the right to reject any application for directory membership and to
terminate any current membership for behaviour deemed by us to be unreasonable, unwarranted
or unprofessional.
All information provided pertaining to credentials must be accurate and without misrepresentation.
Should a member of the directory provide any inaccurate or false information they will be
immediately deleted from the directory without refund.
You may make changes to your web-page or link 4 times in any 12 month period completely free
of charge, any additional changes within that period will incur an administration charge of £4. 99,
if you require any such changes you should print a copy with a description of whatever changes
you require and send it to address at the bottom of the registration page. (If paying administration
charge, cheques should be made payable to 'The Hypnos Practice')
If you decide to close your account you are required to submit your request in writing at least one
calendar month (select web-page) or one calendar quarter (standard web-page or link) before
your final standing order payment runs out.
We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any internet downtime, loss of profits or any
damages whether incidental or otherwise that may be incurred as a result of the use of the
software or internet service that is provided. We reserve the right to withdraw or to modify any
service at any time without further notice.
