Method Of Payment
Payment is made through PayPal, if you have a PayPal account you may pay through that, or if not, directly by credit card through PayPal.
Delivery
We always endeavour to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, typically the biofeedback monitor will be dispatched within 3 working days after online payment (except during public holidays in which case delivery may take a little longer).
Delivery times will vary according to where the unit is being shipped to, orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes / duties depending upon which country the order is shipped to, these charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

21 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your biofeedback monitor please notify us in writing within 21 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund (minus the original P+P), in this event the monitor should be returned in a saleable condition free from damage and in its original packaging. If the customer returns the unit from within the UK it should be sent by Royal Mail special delivery, if the customer returns the unit from outside the UK an equivalent secure postal delivery service should be used guaranteeing the full cost of the unit if damaged or lost in transit – all returns are paid for by the customer. We provide this 21 day return option because we have complete confidence in the unit.
Guarantee
The biofeedback monitor / gsr meter and sensor lead are guaranteed for 1 year against faulty parts or manufacturing faults. If in the unlikely event the monitor or lead develops a fault within their guarantee period please inform us by email for details of return.
